Click on the large advertisement regarding the hotel room keys on the link above. You choose your ideal hotel break with the drop down menus and it allocates you a room in a specific hotel based on your choices.

One hundred virtual rooms will be chosen a day, and the people allocated to those rooms will win £500 each! There will be 100 winners a day. (However there may be nobody allocated to some of the rooms chosen as ALL hotel rooms are used for drawing.)

Name and email input required.

Competition runs from 07th March to 31st May. Winners will be notified within three days.

Best Western Spring 2011 promotion Terms & Conditions

• The promotion is open to residents of the UK, aged 18 and over excluding employees (and their immediate families) of Best Western and its member hotels, their agencies or any other company or persons directly connected with the administration of the promotion. Proof of eligibility must be provided on request.
• The promotion period runs from 7 March 2011 and ends on 31 May 2011.
• Internet access required. To enter: simply visit www.bestwestern.co.uk and follow the instructions on the promotional page, entering your name & email address. You will be allocated a unique ‘virtual room’ at a Best Western hotel.
• No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion.
• Maximum of one entry per person, per day.
• Each day 100 ‘virtual rooms’ will be selected at random by an independent person. All entrants that were allocated a winning room will receive a prize.
• There are 100 prizes to be won each day, each prize consists of £500 (£1,000 for customers who are Best Western Rewards members prior to entering into the promotion), and will be supplied by cheque.
• In the event that there are no winners in a given week (Monday – Sunday inclusive), all the week’s entries will be placed into a free prize draw to win a single prize of £500.
• The winners will be informed by email within 3 working days– please be sure to have provided a working email address so that we can contact you. If the winner does not respond to such notification within 28 days they will be disqualified and their prize will be forfeited.
• All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Entries made online by such methods as a macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified.
• The Promoter reserves the right in their reasonable discretion to disqualify any entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of the Terms & Conditions, or the intention of the promotion and to declare as void any or all of their entries based on such conduct.
• By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All instructions form part of the rules.
• Responsibility will not be accepted for entries that are not complete or which are lost or delayed through technical fault. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
• The promoter does not guarantee continuous uninterrupted or secure access to the website. Numerous factors outside of the promoter’s control may interfere with the operation of the website.
• The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw any part of this promotion.

hi i could be wrong but i think u need to post it on the regulars board and under daily gilla takes care of those things i dont visit the regulars board but just had a look and i think thats how its done
