    No. Credit balances do not show with credit reference agencies.

    Just current accounts not savings accounts.

    She's looking after it for her mum (or will be if it will strengthen her credit rating), she can't just steal her mums inheritance.

    thats correct its her mums money so just an idea as my apr is a bit high with Lloyds and its not a joint account

    No it did not the only balance it would show is your overdraft balance.

    If that's the case, Lloyds already know you have absolutely Zero disposable income so cannot afford even a small loan.

    It's surprising they have offered any loan at all, but it is another example where going to your own bank is the best bet for anyone without an immaculate credit file.
