Mr lender
Options
Hi,
I know it was stupid but in desperation i took a loan out with Mr lender. Paid back quite a lot but then fell into arreas... explained this too them but got constant calls to work, mobile etc and they were rude to my colleagues that answered the phone and also told them where they were calling from!!!
long story short i spoke to them and advsied that i was in difficulty but agreed to pay £20 to freeze interest and then on an email they advised they would take £88.12 on the 21st of each month to clear the arreas or £312.80.
Well just checked my bank and on the 7th they did 4 seperate transactions taking £312.80 from my card!!!!! obv i have in writing on a email what they were supposed to take and it defo did not say the full amount. They have abused my card and also trust by taking whatever they wanted regardless of what was agreed and also my circumstances which i explained to them.
is there anything that i can do here? I know these companies are dodgy and should of known better and i knew at the back of my mind they would do something to screw me over which they did by taking all the money i had to live on for a month in 4 different transactions on one day!
Thanks
SC

Not very likely as you signed up to the T&C'S when taking the loan out !
You may have to put it down to a bad experiance and move on.0 -
Yep, you can rely on these people to take back what they are owed by any means possible, they just grabbed it while they could and there's very little you'll be able to do about it."We want the finest wines available to humanity, we want them here, and we want them now!"0

Nasty yes, but within their terms and conditions I'm afraid. So there's not much you can do in terms of getting it back.
If you're worried they will take more you need to either close the account it's coming from to stop them, or divert your salary into another account (with a completely seperate bank) so they can't touch it.0
