Anyone who is into fitness, running etc might be interested in the Great2Run

What is Great2Run?
It's a 20 week programme that provides you with weekly training schedules for distances from 5k to a marathon, for a range of starting fitness levels. But it's more than just this. It's everything you need to know to run safely and effectively - and it's a national qualification. Completing the Great2Run programme successfully will result in the award of the BTEC First Certificate in Sport. It's a really different way of doing a qualification that can help you to get a job in sport, whether as a first job or a career change.
