What exactly is duplicated?
2 CCJ's for the same debt?
2 Defaults for the same debt?
1 default and 1 CCJ for the same debt wouldn't necessarily be incorrect.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

OK. Can you tell whether they are actually separate defaults and CCJs?
Or are they/could they be just identical duplicates of the same entries?
If they are just duplicates, then a quick query with Experian should get that sorted.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

They are identical duplicates of the same entries.
"Dates\Amounts Description are all the same.. "
Because they are duplicates.
Are they countaing agains me more so??
Thanks

Possibly not. Hopefully anyway.
Someone else recently had something similar happen. While they could see the duplicates, it turned out that any potential creditor checking their report would not.
However, I would get on to Experian to get it sorted all the same.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

I had the same issue, debts being listed twice, looks like I had loads of accounts instead of the 5 I did. I too read that potential lenders could not see the duplicate entries. Here to offer help and advice, and maybe take a little in return.

Hi swifty,
I have just left it, I did read somewhere that the duplicate entries are made when debt is sold on to dca's (I was in a dmp) but I have no idea how much truth is in that?
edit : try your equifax report, nothing was listed twice on there for me
