    • The Financial Services Authority sets standard growth rates that can be used in projections. These rates are 4.00% (lower growth rate), 6.00% (mid growth rate) and 8.00% (higher growth rate) and all companies use these, except where they believe a reduced rate is more appropriate.
    • In this projection we've used rates we believe are appropriate for the lower, mid and higher growth rates for your plan.
    • It's important you read the 'Information about these figures' section which follows.

    Information about these figures
    • These figures are only examples and are not guaranteed - they are not minimum or maximum amounts. What you will get back depends on how your investment grows and on the tax treatment of the investment.
    • Fund performance could vary significantly, which means you could get back more or less than this.
    • Charges may vary.
    • Do not forget that inflation would reduce what you could buy in the future with the amounts shown.
    • For investment in with profits there's no explicit fund management charge but we make deductions for our costs, including the cost of guarantees provided by with profits business. These deductions, which may vary, will not reduce your guaranteed benefits but any final bonus we pay or any reduction to unit prices will reflect them. We've allowed for these deductions in your illustration. The allowance we've made in your illustration for deductions for the cost of guarantees is 0.15% a year.

The total value of your funds does not allow for any final bonus or with profits unit price reduction or any exit penalty that may apply if you cash in your plan. It may therefore be different from the current value of your plan. It also doesn't allow for any final bonus that may apply in the event of a claim.

IMHO if this was me, I would consider why I had the policy in the first place, (to clear mortgage debt) then I would consider that I could now clear my mortgage debt with this money and I would certainly CUT & RUN now...

Then SAVE the mortgage payments and SAVE the policy payments every month RELAX and ENJOY !
