My Husband has been told that he can buy back the BI in our property, I have seen on here previously that somebody acted on here themselves i would be grateful of any help, becuase we cant afford a solicitor

We, and probably most of the people on this forum who have bought back their BI, did not use a solicitor for our part of the process. While they formally advise that you should consider one, the whole thing is usually quite straightforward. There is the requirement though that you pay £211 toward the legal fees incurred by the OR. I have never heard of a situation where it wasnt necessary to pay this."I got food in my belly
