I received a letter from Lowell afte 18 days I sent them 'prove it'letter as you advised, Please tell what should I do after you go though this letter. it shows as below.
The first two line are only the same debt information as last lowell letter.
Thanks you for your crecent correspondence, the contents of which have been noted.
Our system had identified that you currently have two outstand accounts with us, both of which are detailed above.
We note your comments that you are not our customer but with the information we hold we believe that you are our customer and therefore liable for the outstanding balances.
In order to provide youwith further details of these accounts we have requested copy statements and the agreement for each account.
Please be advised that as we do not hold copies of statements within our offices, we cannot state a time period in which these will be received. You account have been placed on hold while we await this information.
We must also advise that there is no legal obligation that states we must send the information you requested within a certain time period.
We trust this clarifies the situation and will forward further information in due course.
I really need your help. Please tell what should I do after you go though this letter. Just await their statement and aggrement ? Thanks a lots.

Yep. Just wait to see what they send.
If they aren't your debts, then that should be plain from anything they can drag together.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

For now...nothing. You've told them to prove it, they've told you they'll get the documentation and forward it to you. So sit back and wait for them. Chances are they won't write again until they've got the documentation, and in fact there's every possibility that they'll just go away now.0

You sent the letter you posted for checking in the other thread? If so, just sit tight - the onus is now on them to prove the debt is yours, and until they do they can't legally ask you for money again. As you are sure the debt isn't yours, that's not going to happen, so they're pretty much up a certain creek without a paddle
It may not stop them from trying it on further, though, so stay alert
