Raising money on inherited property

My brother and I have inherited our parents property, a property which is mortgage free.

We are looking to keep the property but ideally raise 30k which will allow us to share out between the two of us.

How would I go about organising this? Is it a case or organising a buy to let mortgage for a % of the property?
