    How did you get payday loans when you're a student? I was under the impression was that they were wage advances? (Genuine question btw)

  • i have an income from my student loand so averaged that out and put that as what i earned a month. thanks for the advice fearnly it is cheaper than a payday loan. but dont fancy someone coming round my house to collect money!

    OK, so you fraudulently applied for the loan!

    Where are you a student? Have you checked with your Student Union or University / College if there are any hardship loans available?
  • good idea, thanks chris i will look into it. But it wasnt fraudualt as i give my loan to my girlfriend who pays it into my account each week, however only 1 week of term left now so none left. It was an income.

    "Studies mean I can't get a job" is a crock answer unless you're studying medicine which I assume, and pray, you're not!
