Catalogues while on a DMP

Have been on a DMP with Payplan for approx 6 months all going well. Before entering DMP I had a catalogue account which is clear and has been for about a year (this is not part of the DMP as it was clear), but I still have commission on this account. I was wondering whether it's ok to order from the catalogue at all or is it better not to?

Personally i wouldn't order from the catalogue, can't you ring/write to them requesting a cheque for the commission which you're owed?

Some catalogues don't give out cheques, so you have to use the commision with them. If you can't get a cheque spend the commision + a pound or two and pick up a xmas present for someone virtually free.

Then close the account.

But please dont get sucked into ordreing from the catalogue!! They will be hoping you do and encourge you to order. I suppose it depends how much you have in commission to collect whether its worth risking getting sucked in or not.
