Advice needed re DCA

Hi

I joined this site a couple of years ago when I really had hit rock bottom. I was in the process of setting up a DMP with CCCS through the NDL. I didn't end up going through with the plan in the end as my Mum found out about my debts and gave me some money to pay the majority of them off. (I am paying her back each month, but far less than I would be paying a creditor and I know I am very, very lucky that she helped me)

I still had a few creditors and owed about 4k in credit card debt which I should have been able to pay on top of the money I am paying my Mum.

A few months later I fell pregnant and that's where my problems have started again. I was on maternity leave last year and let things slip agin with regards to paying my remaining creditors. I know I have been such a fool and should have addressed the issue at the time. I am now back at work and can afford to pay something towards my debt, but not all of it.

The two major problems I have at the minute are Next Directory £250, which has been passed to a DCA and Vodafone which has been passed to Fredrickson International for £185.00. I know these seem small amounts but these are the two that have been passed to DCAs. I also owe RBS 2.8k and Capital one 2k (both of these have been OK and are currently accepting reduced payments)

I have just spoken to FI this morning about the Vodafone debt, as I only found out this morning that this had been passed on. He said they will accept the balance over 3 months, but I still can't afford this. I have already paid £25 to Vodafone this month anyway.

Does anybody have any advice re the Fredrickson International? How likely do you think it is that they will accept over 6 months?

Thanks for reading.

They'll take what you can afford, as evidenced by your financial statement. You're back to doing a dmp like you almost did before, but this time with fewer creditors.
