Hi, Im in need of some major advise where i stand..
basically husband got a van on hire purchases for his business loan was set up through Fords, but Lombard who agreement is with.
We have fallen behind on payments over last 3 months. when husband tried to ring to call he never passes security questions so they could not talk to him, plus they shut at 5pm and he dont get home till late.
So basically they have send a default letter asking for £700 which we did not pay now have received a phone call saying they have received a collection notice for vehicle will we voluntary hand it over, or pay £10,000:mad:
Ive just begged and begged to just clear the arrears of £700 but they wont they want full payment or will apply for a court order.
Where do we stand, what happens with a court order?
Any help would be really appreciated right now, i feel like we are just sinking deeper and deeper in debt at moment

I suggest, if you cannot pay, you wait for the court order and attend, explaining to the judge, your circumstances.0
