Is there anything natural/non hormonal that can be taken (for pms)?

Its a pig isnt it:(, you have my sympathy;). Evening Primrose Oil works wonders for me, some prefer Starflower oil but I didnt notice a difference between the two and the starflower costs a lot more also 5htp is supposed to be very good, it worked for a while for me but stiil not as good as the epo.
5htp can be bought form Holland and Barratt and I prefer Boots epo 1000mg once a day dont ask me why but this brand seems to work best for me despite my having tried cheaper/different hth:)Thank you for this site MartinThe time for change has comeGood luck for the future0 -
I take Agnus Castus, for painful breasts, PMT and to regulate periods. I would highly recommend it. I would also add that 5HTP helped me for a while but I took it for well over a year, ran out and struggled to get it for a few weeks and in that time discovered (luckily) that it had essentially made me a zombie for the past 9 months. If you have to take it, take it for three months then have a break to see if you still need it. Some people also swear by cutting out gluten.0

Thanks ladies, its been bad lately, had a busy afternoon, feel shattered, and want to go to bed, but I can't.
I'll give evening primrose and Agnus Castus a whirl. Thanks again. :A

Lol, tell me about it, I'm due on on Friday and I've been using a different brand of Agnus Castus (Kira) this month which isn't as good as my other one (Nature's Aid). I'm knackered and grumpy, ready for falling out with my friends and I'm not liking who I am right now - hormones are evil.

God, my evil pms twin has just done something bad. I've just had to ring someone up to apologise.
