They have replaced the 2nd main ingredient of normal Heinz Ketchup - Spirit Vinegar - with Balsamic Vinegar to give a richer taste

Tomato Ketchup - another American product being pushed to replace one of our traditional ones, in this case our Tomato Sauce.
