I never know whether to enter competition for cars that say you need to produce a driving licence, would love to win it for my dad but I suppose you can't transfer the prize to someone else?

I would be interested to know this too. I dont drive but partner does & i comp so would they not let me have it? x

If I was in this position, I would book a driving test ! There are one week courses if you have the money.
