My DD wants to cut her long beautiful thick blonde hair short
However, she has had it long since 5 and is now 16. She's not sure how short to go and I'm really worried she'll regret it. I have heard that some web sites do a computer generated image of what you would look like with different styles.
She found one but has to pay for it, does anyone know of a site or software that's free.
Thanks

Not tried it myself but others seem to like it or see it as something fun, no neg. reviews anyhow.0 -
thanks, I'll get her to try them0

I used the one below which I've found to be excellent, very easy to use and the look I ended up with, people genuinely couldn't tell it wasn't a real photo of me!

Hello,
Not to do with the computer generated sites, but just a tip for cutting her hair short. Don't go very, very short first time. I have twice cut my hair from bra strap length to spiky inch long hair (also recently just had 5 inches cut off the length to a chin length bob). Unless you have gone from long to short before too the hairdressers may be reluctant to cut it too short as well.
I would suggest having it cut into a bob length. Then if she doesn't like it it will not take too long to grow. If she has it cut very short and cropped then it will take ages and ages for the layers to grow out.
Also, if she is having a lot cut off then she may be able to donate the hair for a wig. Here is a link below to some more info.
