Where to get a Miele or ISE washing machine

Our 15 year old Zanussi washing machine has finally decided it's had enough and is refusing to spin.
It looks like it's time to get a new machine and we'd like to get a Miele or ISE that should last us a while.
Can anyone recommend a good place to get one? I've had a quick look online and not everywhere does Miele and ISE is impossible to find. Curry's are looking the cheapest so far (over M&S and John Lewis).
Anyone had any luck getting a good deal from a local shop? I'm in Belfast.
Thanks.

I got mine from H.S Electrics also called the panasonic centre on the Cregagh Road.
They were quite good to deal with and I have bargained them down a bit with a few things over the years so I reckon its worth saying " is that the best you can do?"!Norn Iron Club member 4730 -
After doing a bit of research I've found out that Miele machines, although reliable, cost a lot more to repair than machines from other manufacturers. This wouldn't be a problem if I could get a machine with a 10 year guarantee but it appears the guarantee does not apply to Northern Ireland. Not happy!Norn Iron Club Member 3300

sams yer man seems to stock the Miele, ISE don't have a listed supplier for Northern Ireland, though it might not hurt to drop them an email query?

I have emailed ISE and Miele, now I just have to wait for an explanation as to why Northern Ireland may as well be on the moon!Norn Iron Club Member 3300 -
I had the same problem, I wanted to buy one and although from what I have heard not many people have many problems within the 10 years but if you are paying big money you want the advertised cover on the appliance.
Miele did not respond to my request for further information and the store I was going to buy from wouldn't give me anything in writing. The website clearly stated NI excluded so I didn't take the chance.
I was a bit annoyed though and due to lack of reply I thought sod you and purchased a zanussi.0 -
Donaghy Bros (Kilrea) supply all the good makes and this is where I bought my Miele washing machine and dish washer. You can look the tel number in the book, but the good thing about this company is that they DELIVER FOR FREE....YES FREE within Northern Ireland. My Mum bought a washing machine from them and they delivered it for free to her in Carrickfergus from Kilrea and they are reliable.
I was even ablt to order a Kenwood food mixer that they did not even stock at the time and saved myself £100 compared with Euronics in Ballymena.
You do not have to go to the shop to even see their stock. I ordered a fridge on Xmas Eve (just past) !!! I discovered mine was broken after it was fully stocked with all the Xmas food goodies. They delivered the fridge before lunchtime and I was so relieved....

I know in work they have two Miele machines .Both under 5 years old and both have broken down . They had to send to Dublin for parts ."Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many"0

John Lewis is the best in my opinion. Delivery is free even for large appliances and now they even have never ending refunds !

Hope this helps0 -
Have a look at Panasonic washing machines. We got one with 6 year warranty on parts and labour. Great machine and very quiet. Apparently very reliable, but time will tell.0
