Each entrant can enter the competition an unlimited number of times but can only win one prize.

All winners will be contacted directly by Black Tomato or its agent by telephone, email or post within 48 hours of the draw date with details of how to claim their prize. Winners will have 21 days to claim their prize and if they do not respond in that time, will forfeit it.

Winners will be required to provide a valid credit or debit card to cover a security deposit on the chosen property but these will only be charged in the event that damage or breakages are caused during the stay

The prize does not include the cost of travelling to and from the chosen property, travel insurance or any other costs and expenses. The prize may not be taken on any date between 22 December 2011 and 4 January 2012 inclusive or on any UK public holiday. Winners must take their prize by 30 April 2012.
