Trying to make some extra cash (ebay!)

Hi guys, new to the moneysavingexpert. Hope I am welcome here!
I've come to this site because not only have I heard great things about it that many people have benefited from, but I've also heard that I'd be able to benefit from it myself.
I'm looking to make a bit of extra cash in a simple way, I'm a young adult going on a holiday this year and need extra funds to help pay for it. I was thinking of ideas like buying cheap goods and selling them for profit on ebay but I believe there are people on here that know their stuff on that, or maybe you have a better idea to help me make some profits.
Hope you can be of good help to me, thanks in advance, I will regularly check this post for replies etc and will respond to any comments. Cheers, Stefan!

If someone has found the goose that lays the golden egg they sadly, arent going to share it with all of us on an internet forum.
Start by sell your clutter from around the house - you'll be surprised how much you make!! That will get your feedback up and you'll understand the process. From there, find a niche that interests you and / or find some local product that perhaps only a few people have access to that you can resell. Try to think outside the box - EVERYBODY is doing CD's, DVD's, computer games, computers, laptops and working on waifer thin margins. Check out local charity shops and see if there are items in there that you can sell on0 -
Thanks a lot for the replies guys. I guess I'm going to have to do a lot of research and try and get lucky and find some deals. Anyone know where I should start or any useful sites? Its all down to me unless someone could inbox me a few deals but thats up to you I guess if you want to reveal your secrets. Cheers

Im reading 'get out while you can' at the moment

It has lots of ideas for making money using the internet via ebay, setting up your own sites, affiliates, etc. Fantastic read and very motivational.
I definitely think the key is to find a niche that both interests you and that you can maybe source products for locally - whether that be at car boot sales, local businesses, etc. But definitely try to think outside the box.0
