    Evening

    Dinner done
Yet more rubbish out, why does stuff have so much packaging?
One ebay package arrived broken, so had to refund the customer, not much I can do about it, but not too happy, postal service don't want to know, as it is not their fault, I used loads of bubble wrap etc............., next time it will be a box and charge more for postage.

    Hugs all round

Well, I've pretty much done the whole house this week. But not to level three. I've done downstairs twice. :( I have meetings here on Monday, so will have to do some sprucing over the weekend too.

I really need to do some washing and missed today's drying wind and get rain for the weekend :( Also need to work outside over the weekend. I'm hoping I can get dh to do the outside of the upstairs windows at the front. One in particular looks awful. I doubt its been cleaned for years and years efore we moved here. DH says he wonders if its ever been cleaned!

Lucky doggy. I ordered new work gloves by next day delivery...we'll see. Reduce to £17ish from £45. Not my colour but hey ho. My hands are feeling better already. I also bought washing up gloves with ''bamboo lining'' they feel....bearable. The problem is I seem to be taking them off and putting them on all the time!

I'm so grateful for the kick! i've needed it.

I am hoping to have decluttered everywhere (my stuff anyway) by 3 weeks tomorrow as OH starts his Easter hols then and I have a few shelves I want to go up and then a move round of his stuff to give him better storage so he can help with that. Years in this house . Mudbath (IIRC) suggests telling your DH that you have booked someone to come in and do various jobs and then they may actually get it done. .
tried that and as long as I pay for it, I can get any number of people in to do the work. The ladder is in place, but of course its not the same size as the last one, so...... adjustments have to be made and............ holes have to be filled in...............and every time i turn around there is another layer of dirt to clean up cause he wont bother and he just walks through it  I wouldn't mind if he cleaned up after himself:mad: he could take all year - then he probably will anyway. At least the new one is in, the old one was permanently down, which blocked 2 doors and caused a wonderful draught. roll on friday_pale_

I read this as stuff work tomorrow, I thought you was bunking off:rotfl:

:rotfl: I love my Friday afternoon in work so I wouldn't bunk off :rotfl: I work in a school as a voluntary teaching assistant. Friday afternoons are brilliant, I tidy up, go to Asda with another TA to do shopping for the breakfast/after-school clubs, then carry on tidying up. ATM I'm working my way slowly through the art/drama/year 5&6 storeroom, it used to be kept almost spotless but since I've moved to another part of the school a hovel/pit would be considered tidy in comparison

I'm so busy I am lurking but my kitchen, dining room, bathroom, lounge, landing and stairs are done. Kids room vacuumed as is the hall - just the shelves to dust in here. Oh, and my ironings done. Managed to catch the washing before it escaped:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Oh and I've posted off e bay sales...and listed more collectables;)

[STRIKE]Wash away and mouldy black bits and furry webs[/STRIKE] Whilst investigating one of these I found a leak in the shower :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO it's into the plaster and made it mouldy. DH is WFH today and says we'll have to take the plaster off thats icky and then re-mastic the shower, Fill the wall and then I'll be repainting :mad::mad::mad: Well best to catch it now before it gets worse!
Oh no, what a nuisance! Still, best to sort it now, rather than have a major structural problem a few months down the line.
