I am looking for some advice on buying a new build house. We will have about 15% deposit and was wondering if there is any mortgage companies out there that would lend us the money

My girlfriend an I have just got a 90% LTV mortgage on a new build with Santander. Fixed for 2 years at 5.45%.0

I have just taken out a 85% mortgage on a new build with Skipton BS. Fixed for 2 years at 4.99%
They would also do 90% but it was a higher percentage.
Contact a broker and they will be able to find you plenty of lenders.
