I have seen these - sorry for huge picture - if it works...:

I would love to get some of these in fuschia, pink, cream and turquoise and maybe purple. But they seem quite expensive!!!
Can anybody help me source cheaper ones, or find out how to make them if that would be cheaper?
£95 + p&p is waaaaaaaaaay too much for a pile of tisue paper....

People really make them themselves - if you imagine how much tissue paper would crumple when being transported etc - to make them and get them to stay in a nice condition is expensive!!
Try Martha Stewart for how-tos.I love surprises!0 -
Oh I am loving these as something a bit different to decorate my garden for our after show party!! Hope you don't mind me pinching the idea!0

Loads for sale on Etsy, but I would have a go at making them yourself. Fairly easy and you can get the exact colours and sizes you want.0

Hi
Other than creating them yourself, I suppose these is the next cheapest, Having a wuick look I can see blue, pink and white and there is probably a few more colours too! They're really cute btw!
I can't post links as yet unfortunately. But they're on Overstock, in the Crafts and Sewing Department, then Crafts, Wedding Crafts. They're called
Celebrate Blue Decor Pom-Poms (Pack of 5)
Not overly cheap, as shipping isn't included. But it may be a start>?

What matters most is how well you walk through the fire0

I found this link - http://www.projectwedding.com/wedding-ideas/diy-tissue-pomanders
am sure i have seen the 'spikey' sprt on ths website as well, but i cant see them at the moment. But it has that you use styrofoam balls: this seems like a good idea as there isnt that much tissue then that would be risked getting squashed.
hope you find what you are looking for as they are lovely!!:heart2:Married my Prince Charming on 15th April 2011 - perfect day!

I was looking at tissue paper last week to make these. I think i decided this was about cheapest to buy it here

I made a very small one with toilet paper as a trial run and it does seem very simple to do.0 -
I love these too and am planning on making some for my reception venue. I bought tissue paper from Ebay and followed the how to on the Martha Stewart website to do a trial run.
They obviously don't really look like the ones on there, but when I make the real ones I'll take more time and be more careful.
Only thing I would say is use double the tissue paper her website says to use, or they wont be very full. Also you need to be so careful when you're 'fluffing' them as they rip so so easily!
Good luck0
