Hi all
Just thought I'd ask people's opinions about tunetribe.com.
I used this site yesterday as it showed the songs that I wanted cheaper than other sites (amazon, play etc). I used the app from MSE website, tunechecker, to find this.
When connecting to this site, my web browser said the security certificate was not valid, but I took the risk, 1) because I had used the site before, and 2) because it had been endorsed by MSE.
I purchased my songs (using paypal for added security) and went to download my songs. The zip file only downloaded one song and not the album and 2 singles that I had purchased. I went to try again and got a Media Delivery Failed notice. I'm only limited to 3 downloads so haven't kept trying to do this (I've used Firefox and IE).
I've emailed them as there is no phone number, but I need the tracks by today and they have a 'we'll get back to you in 48hrs' policy. I may need to purchase elsewhere, therefore paying twice for my music. I want my music or my money back.
Has anyone used this website and had similar problems? Anyone got any advice on what I can do? Can I get a refund on something like this?
I'm so annoyed with myself for bypassing the security
Thanks
