Hi folks, I seem to recall an old thread from the summer about grants of £100 - £200 for adults to study short courses free of charge but after an hour of searching I can't find it!
Anyone remember what it was called? I know there are ILAs in Scotland and Wales but can't recall if there is an English equivalent?

I assume you mean ILA or Individual Learning Accounts this scheme was shut down in 2001.
