does anyone know any where local that stocks items like Aproved foods and similar sites as postage tends to be abit high to N.I

African Child Ministries in Carrickfergus (West Street) - it's a charity shop, but a food-only one. They get in short dated stuff, discontinued etc - the stock can be a bit hit and miss as it depends on what's available from the wholesalers/local manufacturers, but I go in every time I'm in the area and there are usually a few "finds"

thanks,were from armagh direction so thats abit away and could easily end up costing more than postage but i'll def nip in next time i'm up that way

There is a 'shop' in North Street in Belfast (two of them last time I was down) - I say 'shop' as one is the ground floor of a disused office block.

Theres a couple of discount food shops in Carrickfergus - same street as the African Child Ministries (http://www.africanchildministries.org/) - not charity though, but discounted none the less.

Most poundland type places sell discounted food too.

Dont know of any online though. Sorry
