Hello , I have just come home from work to find a letter from the above company. It says;
RE: Arrow Global Guernsey Limited
OUTSTANDING BALANCE £69.93

It then states the debt is seriously overdue I must make payment "BEFORE THE 11 MARCH 2011" to avoid further action

But I have absolutely no idea what its about!!!

Anyone here know who they are and what I should do please. Many Thanks.

If you are sure that you have no outstanding debts, then I would just ignore it.

If you're not sure, send them this letter...

Don't worry too much, they're not going to take you to court for £70!
(Especially if it's not even your debt!)

I would contact them and ask them to provide proof of the debt. Dont ignore it, it could have been something you could have overlooked.

Send the 'prove it' letter to them, without signing it, and sending it recorded delivery.

But whatever you do, do NOT phone them - that'll resolve nothing.
