Reading Phoenix gas meter

Simple question really. Our meter looks like the following:

00806,/COLOR]374[COLOR=Redm3

According to the Phoenix website (http://www.phoenixsupplyni.com/at-home/help-and-advice/reading-your-meter/) we should ...
To read a digital type meter, use only the white figures. Ignore any numbers after a decimal point or any numbers in red.
The problem is none of the numbers are in red and we don't have a decimal point but a comma instead but using the diagram above, there are 3 numbers contained within a red box. Does this mean we've used 806 units?

I should also ask, is there an easy way to calculate the bill based on the figure? If we're right and the m3 we've used is 806 then the bill is:

(m3 * temp & pressure figure * calorific value) / 3.6 to give kilowatt hours
(806 * 1.02264 * 39.25) / 3.6

Multiply the figure by 5.028p per kWh to get the total

Thanks in advance folks.

I'd suggest taking another reading in a few days and checking what's changed. It's possible that the comma represents the decimal point. In France, for example, a , is always used instead of a .

Fair point 36square. We could check in a few days in which case I'm guessing we ignore the last 3 numbers due to the red box an dthe comma.

Hubby was trying to work out roughly what our bill would be and as far as we can see it's the complicated maths in my original post. They don't make it easy do they?
