Are there any other avenues you can investigate prior to plumping for this kind of loan?.
This kind of lender should be a LAST resort as you will be paying through the nose for it.
Do you REALLY like the idea of getting £200 now and giving them £440 back?
It seems the majority of borrowers cannot make those repayments so end up in all manner of problems, it will be relentless.
Representative Example- Rate of Interest: 30% per month
- Total Amount of Credit: £200
- Representative APR: 3043.8 %
- Duration of Agreement: 6 months
- Total Amount Payable: £440
- Total Charge of Credit: £240

Just a variation on the usual PayDay lender.
Instead of just rolling over each month the payment includes a small amount of capital as well as interest.0 -
Although I don't know anything about your financial situation, PLEASE explore all other options before even thinking about taking a loan from this type of lender.0

I did panic and borrow, then was forced in to a bankruptcy sept 2010...this was discharged Sept 2012, Lending stream was on my petition but they have chosen to ignore this and reported to the credit bureaus defamatory information including current balance of almost £1000.
They were advised as soon as the bankruptcy was in place.
I was called, harassed and threatened legally, criminally, she swore and screamed at me ...claiming I'd never get rid of them?
Even my Official Receiver spoke with them.
I have reported their activity to the FSA & OFT credit fitness office.
What can I do to get the account corrected on my credit report, if the company have failed to respond to calls, emails, recorded signed for letters?
Kind regards0
