IPA Question

Was wondering I have been paying an IPA for a while, am now Discharged my wages income wont change for the life of the IPA, now has anybody been had thier OR contact them to see if there are any changes to income etc, or do they leave you alone untill the end, any advice would be welcome.Am aware i have to inform them of change in circumstance myself.

  • you have a duty to inform them of changes within 21 days, if you don't you'll be in big big trouble. They have the right to request you fill in an IPOQ at any time throughout the process

    Thanks for reply, i understand if any changes i inform them, just wondering do they contact you through the life of the IPA or are you left alone, from now on?

    They will only contact you if they need to
