Can I Freeze Celery and Stilton Soup?

I've got a large piece of Stilton and some celery both sitting in the fridge. I thought I could get ahead of the game by turning it into soup and storing it in the freezer for one of my "can't be bothered cooking" days. However, I wondered whether the Stilton flavour might become a bit too intense or, even worse, would it become inedible! Does anyone successfuly freeze this type of soup?

Hi organic wannabe,
I haven't made celery and stilton soup before, but I have frozen brocolli and stilton with no problems.

Hi, I've frozen cauliflower cheese soup with no problem. When you thaw it, it might look as if it's curdled, but when you've warmed it up, it'll go smooth again.
