Aktiv capital - default and court claim questions

Dear all, I am dealing with aktiv for an unacknowledged 5 years old store card account-150 pounds.
I have two questions and it will be greatly appreciated if I can get any advise or suggestions.
1. What are the chances that they will remove the default if I am willing to acknowledge the debt and pay the full amount?
I know the possibly is very small as it's a credit card account. Has anyone tried before?
2. What are the chances that aktiv issues a court claim for the small amount debt? they didn't contact me for almost 2 years after they sent me the credit agreement. And all the sudden they started calling last month.if they want the money back why didn't they contact me early? Same for the court claim.
Any help/sharing will be greatly appreciated.

1. Unlikely, but some people have managed it in the past. So perhaps worth a shot?
2. £150? Very very very very unlikely.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
