Inhibition Order Scotland

Would an inhibition order made by a company on my house show in my experian credit report? A company who I have had a long running battle with over a contested debt have delivered a huge pile of paperwork to my house which indicates they have placed an inhibition on my property. Yet no sign of this on my credit report.
I know I can search the Register of Inhibitions for this, but as I work closely with the people who would deal with my query, and do not want them knowing my personal business, I am trying to avoid this.
And if they have placed an inhibition, how do I get it removed - the details of the debt are all incorrect, has even been totalled wrong eg shows a debt calculated 6 payments x £400 = £1200. Who would I contest this with, apart from the company (is it the court?)
Thank you, any advice appreciated.

Sorry, not very legal minded. Do you mean does a decree show on my credit report? If so, no, no mention of anything to do with the company.
I have read the paperwork over & over, what should I look for? Thanks in advance for your patience!0 -
Not to familiar with Scotland, but basically nottolate is asking if the matter was taken to court? Without that, I believe that no decree can be issued and no decree means no inhibition order. So if the inhibition order comes out of the blue and you have not been served court papers, then either the inhibition order is a fake, or a case was brought against you without giving you the opportunity to defend.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
