Whats the expiry date of Formal Demand Notices?

Formal Default Notice

NatWest Bank sent me what I believe to a Formal Demand Notice however the letter did not state the expiry date of the Formal Demand Notice, I was told it was generally 14 days from date of issue by a NatWest cashier, is this true?
Would anyone know where I could get this information as when I call NatWest none of the call staff can help me they tell me it not there specialty and then transfers me to another number which rings out.

Please I desperate for help.

Is this this a pay up or else notice? ie if you don't pay us what you owe will may/will/might/could take you to court?

Have you made any arrangements to pay the debt or contacted the bank about this at all?
