Hi All,
Well, after a long battle and loads correspondence forwards and backwards to creditors and reference agencies both my credit files are looking good. Experian is glowing green and although I know the CRA Score is to be ignored I couldn't help myself (999 - Excellent :A). Although relatively meaningless it was still nice to see :rotfl:.
Equifax is slighlty different as they show payment history going way back (!!!!!!s). My repayment section shows warning
! Although I have no defaults ccj's etc, I do have a couple of "arrangement to pay" blocks scattered about going back over 3 years ago. From 2008 to now everything is nice n green.
My main beef was with Cabot who from time to time put rougue information on my file and had to keep correcting information.
Debts are:
Cabot Financial £10,000 - now settled
Opus Visa Card £1600 now £190.00 (no longer use this one)
Natwest Mastercard limit £2100 now £1800.00 (I use this one often for online)
Very Catalogue limit £1000 now £0.00
There are other loans on file but they were settled a 2 or 3+ years ago.
Apart from Equifax not being quite as nice as I would like on the whole I am now a happy chappie. Well chuffed with the 999 score from experian (not gonna bother with eequifax).
Just thought I would share.....
Thanks for reading.

PS - if anyone knows how the 3yr old "arrangement to pay" monthly entries could potentially affect me, would like to here your comments.

Thanks for your reply.
To be honest I haven't used 'Very' for some time now, for exactly the reason you mention. When I have used it, I have taken advantage of the 3 month interest free or buy now pay later. I have paid this off before interest kicks in. Although thinking about it, I have only purchased from them twice but figured there's no harm in keeping the account open incase of a rainy day. Fortunately I can resist temptation and it will have to be categorically peeing it down before making a further purchase.I don't make mistakes!
