Fridge works, freezer doesn't

Hello all.

I have a single door Samsung fridge freezer for 4 years now. Unfortunatelly, since yesterday the fridge does not works but the freezer works ok! I think that a small part of the fridge is cool (the bottom) but just a little bit.

I called some technicians, and the chepeast one asked for £50 as a call out charge, some questions now:

1) What does the call out charge includes, and what it does not?
2) What might be the problem? Does it worth repairing it or it is better to buy a new one? I have bought it for £200.

When mine stopped working it was the thermostat. Does the door light still work? If so then maybe it's that.

Can you not find any that do not charge a call out, as I managed to find one that didn't a long time ago when my dishwasher broke.
