They reply pretty quickly on Twitter as well. I had an issue with wrong products recently and they sent me a whole new box within a couple of days. Excellent customer service.

Morning all! I purchased Shout magazine for my teen DD yesterday and there is a free crackle effect nail varnish kit on the front.

She was very excited as apparently crackle polish is the in thing but it gave me the idea that as the magazine is only £2.50 she can buy a few more copies and give them to her friends as Christmas presents;)

The magazine is dates 20th Sept 2011.
