If you have a particularly large mortgage for example, is it possible to make use of introductory rates from lenders who allow fee free remortgages and also allow you to take your mortgage elsewhere without penalty?
I'm thinking of Egg as a starting place. 4.24% for 6 months then where to?
When would be the earliest Egg would let you back for another 6 months introductory rate? Who else offers deals like this?

I can't see that it's worth the pain of doing this.
You can get 2 year discounted rates which are barely higher than the 4.24% rate you mention. You are suggesting remortgage 4 times in the space of two years, with all the consequent hassle?0
