We've blagged 50 copies of the book You're Hired: Interview Questions for MoneySavers who need a bit of help with knowing the 'buzz words' and most favourable things to say and ask in a job interview.

The RRP is £9.99 but it's available for £7.37 from Book Depository (inc. delivery).

If you're interested, just reply to this (click on 'post reply') and say:

"Congratulations! When can you start?"

To do this you need to be registered for the Forum (if you're not, when you click reply you'll be taken through the process. It's free, of course).

APPEAL: Please ONLY reply to this thread if you will check your private messages to see if you've won a copy during week commencing Monday 14 March 2011. If you don't get in contact promptly you won't receive a copy and if there are any remaining books they'll be given away. This thread will be updated when the winners have been selected.

But bear in mind 150 names are being picked and there are only 50 books (because sadly not everyone gets in touch, so doing it this way helps to speed up the administration process), so you'll have to get in quick.

Also, please DON'T email in as your name won't be counted. Nor include your contact details in this thread as, for your own safety, we don't allow personal details on the public forum so your post may be deleted.

This giveaway appears in the weekly email (if you don't already get the email go to www.moneysavingexpert.com/tips) and will close on Monday 14 March so please get your posts in before then.

The book's blurb...

"Does the prospect of answering tough interview questions fill you with fear? Are you worried you'll clam up and ruin your chance of getting the job of your dreams? You're Hired! Answering Tough Interview Questions is written by psychologists who specialise in careers and the recruitment process.

They understand how people work so will help you read between the lines to provide succinct answers to difficult questions. They help you unravel exactly what your interviewer wants to hear from you. More and more recriuters are using the dreaded competency-based questions, but it's good news, these are easily prepared for and we show you how.

This book will help you whether you're a first or second jobber, a career changer or maybe you're returning to work after a break and need some extra guidance to get back in the game. Packed with practice questions, sample tests and tips on how to impress a prospective employer this book will arm you with the tools you need to cope with any interview scenario. The You're Hired! series shows job hunters how to research, apply for and land the job of their dreams."

How will the people be chosen?

150 people will be picked at random (we've a special little computer programme to do it) and a private message will be sent to each of their winning usernames requesting their FULL NAME, USERNAME and ADDRESS details (there'll be an email address to send this information to, we don't want it done via private messages).

The FIRST 50 people to get back to me with ALL THE REQUIRED INFORMATION will win a copy of the book.

The giveaway has a strict one entry per household policy and entries can be deemed ineligible without any explanation or notification.

When will I get the book?

The publisher providing these books will send them out directly though, to aid administration, this won't happen until all 50 winners have provided their name and address. So it may take a several weeks between the giveaway's end and actual receipt. This thread will be updated to let winners know when they have been sent out.
