The Original Factory Shop - 25% off everything this weekend

I popped into my local branch of The Original Factory Shop at lunchtime and found they're offering 25% off everything this weekend, including it seems sale items. I picked up a 'leather' jacket for my daughter with a (OFS) RRP of £35 which cost me £3.75.

If you aren't familiar with OFS they're a discount retailer who sell a bit of everything including clothes, shoes, homewear, toys and cosmetics (although in my experience they aren't the cheapest discount retailer on the High Street). If you find yourself walking past a branch pop in for look but I'm not sure I'd advise anyone to go too far out of their way to find one.

The fridge is empty, the walls are damp, there's no hot water

Ooh, thanks for this - I've not had a good root around our local one down in Monifieth for ages... there's some crud but some real goodies too - best one was marks and sparks jammies with the labels cut off - could tell because not all of the labels had been trimmed completely off.:DMember of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19

I don't know if they're connected but it certainly seems TJ Hughes is an inspiration for OFS. In my experience though branches of OFS are quite a bit smaller than TJ's and around here at least they seem to be opening branches in smaller rather than larger towns. So you won't get the same choice of TJ Hughes but there are still potentially bargains to be found. The fridge is empty, the walls are damp, there's no hot water
