Hello, I had a credit check from expedia. It shows all the areas as green apart from one it shows in amber. This is because I payed late on four different mobile phone bills in 2007. Everything else in my file is fine.
How will this effect my mortgage application I plan to make later this year ?

I have no idea as I do not know your circumstances.
If I remember rightly you were looking for information on obtaining a DIP last week or so. It may not affect you.
Being non permanent could have a say in it though.
Why not make an appointment with a broker and see what your options could be. Take all info with you including the credit search.

Broker would select the most appropriate and apply for it. If for any reason it was declined then a discussion with clients would decide how to proceed.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
