Thanks for this... feel a bit guilty haven't sent the SAE but did give you the option of free delivery but wondered if this only applies to orders rather than freebies.... we'll have to wait and see i guess.

this has been posted before, and the samples were free then, but I suppose because of the amount they sent out they started asking for SAE's rather than free postage. Not sure you will get the samples without the SAE :-/

We now understand why we were swamped with requests for samples yesterday and today. Our products are so fantastic that we are VERY happy to honour the orders that people have made (but I'm sure you'll understand that we can only supply one sachet of each product to each customer).
Because we have been the victims of scams in the past, and because quite a few email addresses and phone numbers were clearly fake, we called a few customers to try to understand whether these were genuine orders. I did apply for these samples and they emailed me with a confirmation and said to send in an SAE for my free samples, which I did.
A few days later they sent me 7 different sachets to try.

I think it is worth the SAE as the products are great, and I will buy from them in the future.
