Hi there,
I applied for a £100 loan from wage day advance who declined my application after saying I had been successful.
This morning though the money was in my account...will they try and take the repayment for this earlier than planned as they sent me an email telling me the paperwork was no void.
Worried now

You could try asking them.0

helpful! I did of course try asking them but they said that they don't have me as a customer as I was declined. It's like they don't know they have put the money in. Someone is going to call me back but was really just wondering if they want the money back immediately if they can charge me the interest?0

If they have declined you and even on request state that you are no customer of them, than all they can do is demand the money back (so don't spend it). Do you have anything in writing that they do not give you a loan?0

Yes I have a decline email stating that the contract is void and i have been declined.0

In this case I'd thing they have no leg to stand on to demand interest or any fees. Bear in mind that they will demand for the money back (it's theirs after all).0

I agree with the comment about Interest and fees, I can't see them succeeding in anything.
As for the money though, they will find this mistake as sure as eggs is eggs. Maybe not until their next audit, but they most surely will.
Not sure what rules but if it is like an Internet goods purchase, they can claim the money up to 6yrs after (so it could take a while).
For the hassle you may face later on, I would ring them again and TELL them they HAVE deposited the money in your account.0
