Substitute with square brackets, rather than curley and hey presto![ Eat, Drink and be Merry - for tomorrow we get the bill ]0 -
I have applied for one in the hope of getting it! I got this a couple of years ago and it came in handy at the time as i was writing to pen friends and it helped me by letting me know if another stamp was needed!
It is a triangular shape with slots in the top that you perch your letter, if it doesn't keep the balance you put the letter in each slot until it does then you can see the weight and price of postage!0 -
It went in the bin

Weighing letters to find the correct postage, especially for sending abroad can sometimes be a problem: kitchen scales can't do the job accurately enough, you're too busy to get to your local Post Office™ branch, and you think...just think that the letter in your hand is a wee bit too heavy for the standard postage. Using the wrong postage could mean that the item could be returned to you - or that you're paying too much. What do you do? That's where EasyWeigh can help. A simple, cardboard weighing device, EasyWeigh weighs letters from 20g to 100g, and is completely free to order. We even pay for the postage. Which we calculated on an EasyWeigh as being 30p.
