DCA chasing fraudulent loan

Hi,
To cut a long story short, Mrs ITguy took out a loan with FirstPlus, forging my signature on the application, security, and witness documents.
After a bit of legal to-ing and fro-ing, they made her bankrupt (possibly unlawfully, as it was a 'secured' loan) and went quiet.
They've now enrolled Credit Solutions Ltd to recover the debt (it was unaffordable, and after informing them of the fraud I ceased payments...not that they had been kept up with anyway).
Looking for advice on this please... Should I reply with a letter to this effect, ignore them, or what?
CAB and various solicitors have been involved in the past (FP originally tried to repossess the house, but sisted the action after I submitted specimen signatures for their expert to analyse). Despite this, no one has been able to disentangle the mess....
Thanks,
itguy

I'd suggest a complaint to the company concerned, explaining the situation.
If the response is not to your satisfaction, the Financial Ombudsman should be able to settle the complaint in an impartial manner.
The fact a loan was taken out fraudulantly by your Wife, who was then made Bankrupt for the liability, surely the debt will have been extinguished as a result? I am surprised they could make her Bankrupt anyway, as a result of the fraud.0 -

Yeah, well, they've still to exhibit any degree of competence in the matter....! :mad:0 -

"OR"? I can't think what that means, but are you referring to the person who dealt with her sequestration?0
