I'm sorry but I'd like to say this is mine, it's got my name all over it :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Designed by Tingdene Homes Ltd, this exclusive holiday home is situated on Haulfryn Group's stunning Praa Sands holiday park, within the spectacular scenery and beautiful countryside of Cornwall. Providing beach-side get-a-way in a highly sought after location, the Beach Chalet has been professionally designed with a fully furnished interior. The house has two beautifully styled bedrooms, one twin and one double with a luxury en-suite and roll top bath, providing a home from home by the sea worth £140,000!

This looks to me like one of those Daily Mail Holiday Homes ones where you can enter using codes posted daily, so we'll need to post codes for peeps that don't have the paper.

Here's a link (that may be problematic but just try again later if it is) http://mail.dailymail.co.uk/go.asp?/bDML001/mZC4GP/q0MMYP/u6XUQ6/xF8F3R2

How to enter
Online - We will print a token with a special password every day in the Mail and Mail on Sunday until April 13, 2011. Just collect 20 differently dated passwords – two of which must come from the Mail on Sunday – CLICK HERE to enter.
Post – Just collect 20 differently dated tokens from the Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday and send them with your entry to the address we will print later.

Good luck everyone :T

The Cornish Chalet prize draw must be played in accordance with the directions published from time to time in the Daily Mail or The Mail on Sunday (the Newspapers). In the case of conflict between such directions and these rules, these rules shall prevail. By participating in the prize draw, you are deemed to accept these rules and the directions printed in the Newspapers.
2.The prize is as described in the Newspapers and no entrant can select an alternative prize. Legal fees and stamp duty are included in the prize but any other tax liabilities will be the sole responsibility of the winner. There is an annual service charge and property will have 20 year license.
3.Each day from March 5, 2011, until April 13,2011, inclusive, one token bearing a different date and keyword will be published in the Newspapers. Each postal entry must contain a total of 20 differently dated tokens and online entry must contain 20 different keywords.
4.All entries (postal or online) must be submitted, including your name, address and daytime telephone number, to arrive on or before the closing date of April 22, 2011. Proof of posting or emailing is not proof of receipt and no responsibility is accepted for entries damaged, lost or mislaid.
5.There is no limit to the number of postal entries from any one individual; however every postal entry must be submitted in a separate envelope containing only one complete set of tokens. Each postal entry must include 2 Mail on Sunday Tokens. Only one online registration is permitted per registered email address, with a maximum of two completed entries per person (40 keywords).
6.Entrants can also enter the draw online at www.dailymail.co.uk. Simply collect 20 different passwords from the Newspapers between March 5 and April 13, 2011, and follow the directions on the website. Each online entry must contain a total of 20 different keywords. Remember to include your name, address and daytime telephone number and that online entries are limited to two per person.
7.The winner will be the first valid entry selected at random from all entries received by the closing date. If a postal or online entry selected does not comply with these rules, a further postal or online entry will be selected until a valid entry has been eventually found. The winner will be notified by telephone and post by April 29, 2011.
8.Only original tokens collected from the Newspapers or bonus tokens will be considered valid. Tokens found to be altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with in any way will be void. Photocopies are not acceptable.
9.Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
10.The winner must accept that his/her name and image may be published in the Newspapers and it is a condition of entry that the winner co-operates fully for publicity purposes if so required. Details of the winner may be obtained by sending an SAE to: Cornish Holiday Chalet Winner, Promotions Department, Associated Newspapers Limited, Northcliffe House, 2 Derry Street, London W8 5TT within six weeks of the closing date of April 22, 2011.
11.Employees and agents of Associated Newspapers Limited ('ANL') or any company connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter, nor are their relatives or members of their families or households.
12.No responsibility is accepted for entries damaged, lost or mislaid and proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. No applications will be accepted by agents, or from third parties. Bulk email applications will be void.
13.The determination and decision of the Editors of the Newspapers on all matters shall be final and no promotional correspondence will be entered into. The Editors reserve the right in their reasonable discretion: to disqualify any claimant, competitor or nominee whose contact is contrary to the spirit of the rules or the intention of the promotion and to declare as void any entries based on such conduct; to add to or waive these rules on reasonable notice; or to cancel the promotion at any stage in the event of circumstances beyond ANL's reasonable control

Usual Promotion Rules apply, CLICK HERE

It's not that great there though is it... I mean, who actually goes to Praa Sands? I think I went once for 10 minutes, it's never on the list of "where shall I go today".... although I do have to go sometime in the next few weeks.... but it's not really desirable is it.

And winning a holiday home's one thing, running it's another. I bet the yearly site fees are £3,000 minimum.

yep you're right Darren, everyone is entitled to their opinion, it's a free world, and I'd still like to win it even though I've never been and Phils got his name on it now :rotfl:, we can't all like the same things.

I've just been in to site via the CLICK HERE in OP and it seems to work with previous log-in details (sometimes we have to re-register for a particular Daily Mail comp).

Good luck everyone, post up codes if I'm not about or look in the Newspaper threads where they usually quote codes etc :T

I wonder if you'd be allowed to sell it ? or whether you would have to sell it to the site owner.
    Cheers all.
