Freezer Nightmare

Hello all
I don't often post here, but I'm a bit of a lurker and get lots of tips from you lovely people. :- )
I need help!!! I've just discovered that my freezer door has been open since last night and loads of the food at the front of it has gone soft. I've had to bin a lot of it, but there is lots of stuff that I'd like to keep unless it's going to make me ill!
I've got:
2 Salmon fillets (almost completely defrosted, very soft but they smell ok). Can I have these for lunch tomorrow?
4 chicken fillets (still almost completely frozen, but soft round the edges). Would it be ok to put these in a pasta sauce tomorrow and refreeze?
4 fillet steaks (these are a bit weird just now, they smell and look fine, but one half of them is defrosted and the part which faced the back of the freezer is still solid). Will these be ok to eat tomorrow
beef mince (almost frozen solid, but squidgy edges). Can I make spag bol with these?
I've got some breaded fish and chicken - These can be eaten from frozen but are now defrosting. Can I still eat these tomorrow?
I got most of this stuff when it was on special offer, but it still cost a lot of money, but I'm not sure whether I am going to make myself sick if I eat it.
Can anyone give me advice????????

You can certainly cook up the fresh food, then freeze what you've cooked
It shouldn;t cause you any harm, but please use your own judgement.
There's more info for you in this existing thread; I'll merge this later.:rudolf: Sheep, pigs, hens and bees on our Teesdale smallholding :rudolf:0 -
I would make sure its all cooked tomorrow and then re-freeze everything except the breaded fish and breaded chicken.

If you cook it all tomorrow it'll be fine to re-freeze and you won't get sick. As long as nothing is warm and smells odd, it'll be fine.0
