Experian and Equifax - Quick Help Question

Hi,
I have just signed up for the Equifax 30-day free trial and also reactivated my dormant Experian account after about 3 years. I have the intention of cancelling both of these within the next few weeks. However, I seem to have been charged a sum of £15.99 from either one or a combination of these sites in the meantime. Does anyone know what this charge relates to and if and when I will get it refunded once I cancel my registrations?
Cheers

I think you can only have the free trial once so if you re activated an old account they will have charged the first months fees?0

Yes, you can only have one free trial. Re-activating the account probably incurred the charge - did it not say when you did so?0

Hi guys, no it made no mention of the fee, I was unaware I had ever signed up to Experian until it refused my username and password. I literally only signed up again last night and I'm going to ring them today to cancel my subscription. Is it just a case of asking nicely for them to return the charge?0

I was actually sent an meail regarding a 2nd free trail with credit expert! havent taken it up though, in some ways i wish my other half would phone them though cos he cant remember the email he registered with bloody yonks ago, and even when he did register it wouldnt accept his card type at the time! so the account never opened properly, but it wont let him set a new one up as his details are on under another email account that he cant remember lol0
