Requesting CCA

Hi,
Just a quick question I would apreciate someone answering for me.
I have 3 defaulted debts with two companies that have been passed to DCA. Ive been paying them off for nearly 6 years and want to make some F&F offers on them.
I plan on requesting my CCA so I can negotiate good F&F settlements (if they cant produce the documents).
My question is, if I request the CCA are the DCA able to re-register the defaults again on my credit report or are they just left as they are? I ask because it is only 6 months till the defaults fall off the account as they are nearly 6 years old and if they dont accept my offers I dont want to wind up with another 6 years of default.
Thanks in advance for all your help.

They will probably produce something though so make sure you get it checked over to make sure it is correct. Just because they provide a cca it doesnt mean its correct.
If when you check the cca it is unenforceable there would imo be absolutely no point in offering anything as the debt would be legally unenforceable so they couldnt do anything anyway and couldnt take legal action. With 6 months left till it drops of you'd be wasting your money. Lining the DCA's pockets with money they are not entitled to.
Saying the above, wait and see what they send you, it might be perfect in which case you'd have to continue repaying.0
