I hope this is the right place to post - It's related to another thread, but also it didn't seem like there was anywhere else to post this..
Sorry if I got it wrong, please feel free to move if needed

Ok, so I signed up for the 30 day equifax trial, went through the registration, no problem.
I immediately recognised by the questions it asked that it had found the right person.

Skip to the end, and you get the following receipt;

However, I'm stumped by the page navigation on this site.

The "print" button simply re-prints another copy of the above receipt, and the member-services link takes you to your account, but every link there simply re-orders the same report, and dumps you back here with another receipt.. :o

I'm sure there's just a simple link that I've overlooked, but I've been at this for nearly half an hour trying to get to see the actual contents of my credit report, but as I say, every link I try simply re-orders the report, again & again..

If anyone can help me out I'd be really grateful. ;) :cool:

*EDIT; Hmm, site seems really slow now, timing out before it'll refresh a page; gah this whole Equifax setup seems like a joke - Wish I hadn't bothered now, but I'll ave to go back to cancel the subscription before 30 days..

    Click through to member centre - on the right hand side there should be todays date. Click on that and it should open the file.

    :)
  • Thank you, cheers! :beer:

    If I could add more thanks I would; That seems so obscure, I would never have thought to click that particular link had you not said.

    It could have been so easily me asking that question :o

    Glad you got it sorted.
